We learned this weekend of the passing of Manchester radio amateur M1NTO, Hugh Morgan Jones. I've not spoken to him for around 8 or 9 years now but it's always a shame to lose somebody from the hobby, especially someone you've spoken to or listened to regularly.
I've been told he suffered with Alzheimer's disease. I can't confirm this although I know he had been ill for a while.
